Trần Trường Sơn
Founder & Chairman of the Board
Trần Trường Sơn has more than 12 years of real estate experience and has held leadership roles at Vinhomes, Masterise Group and Đất Xanh Group. His project experience includes Vinhomes Central Park, Vinhomes Golden River, Vinhomes Grand Park, Grand World Phú Quốc, Vincom Royal Park, The Rivus, Lumiere Boulevard, Masteri Central Point and The Privé. His experience in commercial development and delivery across property types informs GIDEV’s integrated real estate approach.
Nguyễn Thanh Tùng
Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Nguyen Thanh Tung brings more than 15 years at ANZ Bank, Techcombank and One Mount Group, with a background in finance, technology and ecosystem development. Over 13 years in senior management at ANZ Bank and Techcombank, he led business development and designed finance–technology solutions for major developers including Vinhomes, Masterise Homes and Sun Group. Before GIDEV he spent nearly three years as CEO of OneHousing (One Mount Group), leading the build-out of an end-to-end property transaction platform covering primary projects, secondary homes and townhouses.
Đoàn Hiếu Minh
Member of the Board of Directors
Đoàn Hiếu Minh is a member of GIDEV’s Board of Directors. According to information provided by the company, he formerly served as Chairman of Rolls-Royce Vietnam and is a member of the Board of Directors of DIGILIFE Vietnam.
Dương Công Thuận
Founder & Vice Chairman, Project Development
Duong Cong Thuan has 18 years in real estate, focused on project distribution and advisory in southern Vietnam. He served as Deputy CEO of Phuc Hung Real Estate and Chairman of Kinglands Real Estate, leading a number of sizeable projects. His market knowledge, strategic planning and hands-on leadership shape GIDEV's integrated development approach.
Đào Văn Bình
Founder & Vice Chairman, External Relations
Dao Van Binh has more than 12 years in real estate distribution and advisory in southern Vietnam. Before co-founding GIDEV he was CEO of Tan Hung Real Estate and Chairman of GI Realty, running distribution networks and building strategic relationships with major developers. At GIDEV he focuses on expanding the partnership network and sustaining relationships with partners, investors and the community.
Đỗ Quốc Anh
Chief Operating Officer
Do Quoc Anh has more than 10 years in real estate across both project development and building corporate operating systems. As Managing Director of Hanh Phuc E-commerce & Real Estate Development, he built distribution networks and worked with developers including Vinhomes, Masterise, Ecopark and Dat Xanh. As CEO of GIRealty, a Green Invest Group member, he led an organisational restructuring, set up governance frameworks and ran large-scale projects, including work with Gamuda.
Nguyễn Huỳnh Thanh Thư
Chief Marketing Officer
Nguyen Huynh Thanh Thu has over 15 years in real estate sales and marketing, with leadership roles at CapitaLand, Novaland, An Gia Hung, Viva Land, Trung Thuy Group and Huong Viet Holdings. Her expertise spans brand strategy, product development and positioning, market research, go-to-market strategy and integrated communications for residential, commercial, resort and industrial projects. At GIDEV she leads brand positioning, growth strategy and market development across the product ecosystem.
Lê Thị Trâm Anh
Senior Advisor, Legal & Compliance
Le Thi Tram Anh holds a Master of Laws, is a member of the Ho Chi Minh City Bar Association and an arbitrator at the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC). She has more than 20 years in legal advisory, in-house counsel, risk management, compliance control and crisis handling at leading real estate companies. She led legal work for Vinhomes (Vingroup) in southern Vietnam across Vinhomes Central Park, Vinhomes Golden River and Vinhomes Grand Park, later working with Sun Property (Sun Group) on resort projects and with KN Holdings on the KN Paradise Cam Ranh township.
