"Curators' Banquet" unveils 58 bespoke grand mansions - The Collectors

GIDEV unveils The Collectors’ – an exclusive collection of 58 bespoke mansions, pioneering a distinct approach to the generational legacy asset segment in HCMC.

On the evening of 21/5, GIDEV for the first time shared its strategic direction and initial details of the 58 bespoke mansion collection, The Collectors’, before 150 senior leaders from strategic distribution agencies, inaugurating a distinctive approach to the generational legacy asset segment in Ho Chi Minh City.

From this very first gathering, GIDEV chose to position itself completely contrary to market conventions. Instead of a high-profile, bustling launch, the project's vision was unveiled within an intimate, private banquet—a format promptly regarded by industry observers as an unconventional move in the Vietnamese real estate sector.

A cultural sanctuary in place of a trading floor

The "Curators' Banquet - Rare Masterpieces" gala took place at Vietcharm Show (Ben Thanh Ward), an artistic and culinary venue deeply rooted in traditional Vietnamese culture. Here, the 150 distinguished guests were received not as commercial attendees, but in the spirit of true Curators—akin to professional art auction curators who directly appraise and evaluate masterpieces before presenting them to discerning collectors.

The event was crafted as a journey of strategic dialogue and connoisseurship rather than a mere project presentation.

A five-chapter journey guided by "The Shower"

Guided by the artistic motif of "The Shower", the narrative unfolded across five chapters, representing the five foundational pillars of The Collectors’: Bespoke Uniqueness, Scarcity, Prime Location, Wealth Preservation, and Multi-Generational Family.

Opening with an individualized narrative, the development positions each mansion as a living signature of its owner. That bespoke nature resonates with true scarcity: 58 mansions, no phase two, no replicas. Amidst increasingly depleted low-rise inner-city land reserves, this intentional scarcity forms the root of sustainable capital appreciation over time.

This thoughtful touch, combined with cultural performances such as Liên Hoa Khởi Thủy, Hào Khí Âu Lạc, and Nhã Nhạc Cung Đình, elevated the real estate conversation beyond pure commerce into the realm of collection and cultural heritage.

GIDEV and the philosophy of crafting generational wealth

With The Collectors’, GIDEV does not chase volume or short-term sales velocity. The developer pursues a distinct philosophy: creating assets capable of accompanying owners across generations, where the benchmark of value lies in intentional scarcity, rock-solid legal standing, and the enduring preservation of lifestyle standards.

Against the backdrop of an exhausted inner-city supply of standalone villas with individual land titles, the arrival of a limited collection of only 58 grand estates—distinguished from positioning to experience—sets a new benchmark for multi-million-dollar real estate entering 2026. The next strategic steps of the project will be disclosed by GIDEV in June.

Location is conceived as an equilibrium between privacy and seamless connectivity. Adjacent to Ring Road 3 and the Lien Phuong arterial route, the project reaches the new hub The Global City within 5–7 minutes, riding the infrastructural momentum that has reshaped the Eastern realm's value map over the past 24 months. The concluding two chapters, Wealth Preservation and Multi-Generational Family, elevate the mansion beyond a residential dwelling into a living sanctuary preserving family traditions, memories, and prestige across economic cycles.

This represents a deliberate positioning. The Collectors’ does not target mass sales, instead presenting itself as a finite collection where key considerations transcend location, land size, and amenities to embrace scarcity, legal clarity, bespoke personalization, and long-term legacy value.

Three tiers of assurance

Each mansion at The Collectors’ is anchored by three definitive tiers of assurance.

First is the direct frontage onto the central park and Hac Cam Lake, the most prized scenic expanse in Dong Tang Long. Second is the generous scale of approximately 1.000 m² of land per residence, designed with non-compound individuality, featuring private entryways, personal swimming pools, and landscaped gardens. Third is absolute legal certainty: all 58 units have executed Sales and Purchase Agreements, hold individual land ownership certificates (Red Books), and will receive property-on-land ownership certification upon construction completion.

The registry endorsement ceremony

The most symbolic highlight of the gala was the "Registry Endorsement Ceremony". Following the visionary address by the developer’s leadership, The Collectors’ treasure chest was solemnly presented at center stage.

One by one, the Curators stepped forward to place their signatures onto the ceremonial parchment before securing it in the chest—a shared pledge with the developer to establish the most rigorous curation, ensuring that these 58 limited mansions are entrusted only to owners who genuinely revere enduring legacy values. As the chest closed, not a single signature was missing.

Personalized hospitality in the spirit of reverence

The evening’s refinement resided in unpretentious details: the depth of the narrative, ambient acoustics and visual staging, paired with personalized hospitality curated by GIDEV’s strategic advisory team. Every Curator entering the ballroom was escorted to an exclusively designated seat and presented with a bespoke gift bearing their own name.
